Submission Guidelines

Perspective authors are invited to submit their papers using EDAS. A full paper should not have more than six (6) IEEE style pages including results, figures and references. Papers will be reviewed with the standard reviewing procedure (with at least 3 independent anonymous reviews). Accepted papers will be published on IEEExplore (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/).
Extended version of best papers will be considered for publication on the International Journal on E-Health and Medical Communications, IEEE Transactions on NanoBioScience, EAI Transactions on Body Area Networks, Wiley Security and Communication Networks Journal, IEEE Access Special Sections and Sensor Networks etc..

The final camera-ready version of the manuscript is due by  15th September 2017. Final manuscripts are to be uploaded through EDAS.

(1) Registration code
After submit the registration form, you will get the Registration code.  Please fill the form through EDAS using "Edit paper registration code" link accessible from the accepted paper details. The detailed registration instructions are available at http://healthcom2017.ieee-healthcom.org/registration.
 
(2) IEEE copyright form
At the moment of final manuscript submission the Electronic IEEE copyright transfer agreement must be accepted electronically using "Copyright" link accessible from the accepted paper details.

(3) IEEE PDF eXpress
For paper review and for final papers, always submit properly formatted, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) to this IEEE Aerospace Conference website.

(4) Submission of the final version of your paper:
The final manuscript is due by 15th September 2017. At least one author of the accepted paper must register to IEEE Healthcom 2017 at the full rate to upload the final version. 
 
Final manuscripts are to be uploaded through EDAS using "Upload paper" link accessible from the accepted paper details. Each accepted manuscript should not exceed 6 (Author can pay for additional pages) IEEE style pages.
 
(5) Publication Policy
Papers accepted for IEEE Healthcom 2017 will be included in the conference Proceedings, IEEE XPlore, and EI Index, with the exception that IEEE reserves the right to exclude any paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers that are removed from IEEE Xplore will not be available through the EI Index.
To be published in the IEEE Healthcom 2017 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and must present the paper at the conference. 
 
PLEASE NOTE that registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
